Once again a visit to Chimayo - the Chapel between Santa Fe and Taos. Shown in the twilight heavens, an owl silently soars overhead. I love the idea of the spinning cosmos always above in the sky and we only see it as the sky deepens and night falls. The turquoise dusk colors turn to deeper blues and indigos as the day blends into night. Shining in the sky to greet the night is the evening star. This scene is during the summer with the Hollyhocks standing as tall sentries inviting you to enter and be transformed.
